Trasa 20k (⨦ 21.5 km / + 1 200 m) in class RMT2 with average terrain slope 6% (G6). Trasa 10k (⨦ 12.5 km / + 600 m) in class RMT1 with average terrain slope 5% (G5). Bieg na Lubań (⨦ 5.5 km / + 700 m) in class RMT1 with average terrain slope 13% (G13).
