This Terms of Service defines the rules for using the ratemytrail.com website.

1. General Provisions

1. The ratemytrail.com Service operates according to the rules set out in this Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

1. Terms – these Terms of Service.

3. User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the services offered by the Service.
4. Electronic Service – services provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Service.
5. Contact Form – a form enabling contact with the Service Provider available on the Service website.
6. Newsletter – a service allowing subscription to information sent by the Service Provider to the specified e-mail address.
7. Premium Service – a paid service providing access to additional functionalities and content of the Service, available only to users who have purchased a subscription.
8. Profile – a user account created in the Service enabling the use of the offered services.

3. Types and Scope of Electronic Services

1. The Service Provider allows the use of the following Electronic Services via the Service:

• Creating and managing user profiles.
• Publishing sports competition results (from publicly available sources).
• Publishing and commenting on content.
• Subscribing to the Newsletter.
• Access to the Premium Service, including additional content and features available exclusively to paid users.

2. These services are provided in accordance with these Terms of Service.

4. Premium Service

1. Premium Services are paid and available only to users who have made payment according to the current pricing.
2. Payment for the Premium Service is made in accordance with the rules specified in a separate document regarding payments, available on the Service.
3. By purchasing the Premium Service, the user agrees to:

• Not distribute any Premium content or functionalities, either for profit or free, without the Service Provider’s consent.
• Use Premium content solely for personal use.

4. The Service Provider reserves the right to impose functional restrictions on the Premium Service if the user fails to comply with these Terms.
5. In case of suspected violations by a Premium user, the Service Provider has the right to:

• Temporarily block access to the Premium Service.
• Terminate the Premium Service agreement in case of serious violations.

6. By purchasing the Premium Service, the user consents to the immediate provision of the service, thereby waiving the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

5. Registration and Account Creation

1. Creating an account in the Service requires registration by the user and acceptance of these Terms of Service.
2. The user is obliged to provide accurate data during registration.
3. The user may not share their account with third parties. In case of abuse, the Service Provider may block or delete the account.
4. Multiple sub-accounts under a single account are not allowed without the Service Provider’s consent.
5. Use of disposable or temporary e-mail addresses during account creation is prohibited. The Service Provider reserves the right to delete such accounts without notice.

6. Complaints

1. Users have the right to submit complaints regarding the functioning of the Service or the services provided.
2. Complaints can be submitted:

3. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days. If additional information is needed, the term may be extended.

7. Abuses and Actions Harmful to the Service

• Using the Service in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

2. In case of violations, the Service Provider may:

• Block access to the Service.
• Permanently delete the user account.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content published on the Service is protected by copyright and is the property of the Service Provider.
2. Copying, distributing, or using the Service’s content, including Premium content, without explicit written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

10. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms in the event of:

• Introduction of new technical functions or services.
• Changes in legal regulations.

3. Using the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
