XRun - Wyspowy Trail 2023

XRun - Wyspowy Trail in 2023, a running event organized in Limanowa (Poland) from 19 / 20 August. During the 4 races were held event. Wyspiański maraton (⨦ 53 km / + 2 450 m) in class RMT4 with average terrain slope 5% (G5). Bieg na miejską górę (⨦ 11 km / + 250 m) in class RMT1 with average terrain slope 2% (G2). Bieg czterech wysp (⨦ 39 km / + 1 700 m) in class RMT3 with average terrain slope 4% (G4). Wyspiańka połówka (⨦ 21.5 km / + 900 m) in class RMT2 with average terrain slope 4% (G4).
